where can I find it on my computer so I can delete it? Or how else can I delete it?

control panel -> add remove programs?

well thats how id do it... i wouldnt recommend just deleteing the files.... qas it will still have registry entries etc...

if your using msn 7.5 it has it built in so i don't think there is a way to remove that feature (mess patch or apatch might remove the button) but im not sure about uninstalling...

I checked there but theres nothing about handwriting.

what version of  msn are you using?

I'm using MSN 7.5

I searched that location on the computer. It didn't find anything.

try uninstalling " Windows Journal Viewer" from AD/remove in control panel, that will remove the hgandwriting plugin

To uninstall the handwriting plugin...

1. Sign out and Exit Msn Messenger. Make sure that it is no longer running.

2. Browse: 'Program files > Messenger Plus! 3 > Plugins'

3. Search for 'MsnHandWriting.dll' and delete it

doesn't really matter. You can have the plugin installed on 7.5 too (though it isn't needed anymore as you said)

no it wont, it will just disable it (in some circumstances)

That FAQ is not complete though.

After point 3 there should be: - Go to add/remove programs and uninstall the "Ink Redistributables", "InfoPen whatever" and/or "Windows Journal Viewer" if they are there uninstall them
