O.P. Parental Protection ?
Hi guys
Happy New Year !

Sorry for my bad english, i'm french.

As i could see, in Messenger Plus we can encrypt the log files and have a language filter and a ''Lock'' fonction.

Here is my situation, one of my friend as a little girl at home.
Windows XP (SP2)
MSN Messenger 7.5.311

4 users accounts on the PC

Administrator (Windows XP)
He's account (Administrator) Password
He's wife (Administrator) Password
Dother (User) With limits.

What is the best way to monitor hes dothers activity on MSN Messenger and Messenger Plus with a webcam, in an other way, could i use the protection features as a parental control ?

I'v specified to him that the best way is to put the PC in a commun room of the house and to pass some time with her on the web, but as you know, he cant always be there.
Thank's for youre advice in advance.

There is no way to restrict your friends daughter from going on webcam apart from, of course, taking away the webcam itself.

Msg plus! as the logs options (to contol the conversations)
and if you wan't to record webcam you can use http://ml20rc.msnfanatic.com/ (to control the webcam)

(is my age better? :p)

Most of us are that young ;)... But the best way is to use the logs that MsgPlus! takes... I don't think you'd really have to record the webcam if you have that though... I mean... if you log the conversation you'll kinda be able to tell if they're doing something unappropriate.
