i keep getting an error when i'm trying to update the firmware on my ipod shuffle.

here is the main screen when i open the updating software



it says it is up to date, but when i open itunes with my ipod plugged it, it says there a new update for my ipod, version 1.3 (i think)

i have the latest version of itunes.

Something is slowing down the transfer of data to the iPod. Try other ports on the PC. Its generally the data isn't being transfered fast enough to the iPod because it is all done in real time.
