Since the sounds are saved as "[Messenger Plus! Sound] - Data{CD88805992C4} - my ship" I believe that your sound-codes are saved in a config/.dll file somewhere. I checked MSGPlus, but didn't see anything that could contain these codes.
Is it possible to get the soundcodes from a file, or to purge the sound data you have currently on your msgplus?

To delete all the sounds, simply go to your Sound Library in Messenger Plus!:

Plus! > Sound Library > select the sounds you want to delete > Press Delete button

The files themselfs are physically saved as .DAT files in a specific directory.

You should make this into a sticky or something, so it would be easy to find.
