When i click a JPEG or any image file, it doesn't open. It doesn't even show up thumbnail either,

This happens with ALL picture files, anyone have a solution?

I have checked that the default program to open is WP&FV.

Anyone know of a solution?

Im guessing you did
regsvr32 -u %windir%\system32\shimgvw.dll
to prevent your self from being affected from that wmf exploit?

just run to fix it...
regsvr32 %windir%\system32\shimgvw.dll
