Hey I used to have these tabbed conversation then the messenger plus thingy reminded me to update so i did then it was gone how do i get it back plz can someone help me!

press F9 when more than one convo is open to group them to tabs. or you can go to maint messenger window> plus>preferences> conversations> tabbed chat ...check off that u want all chats to be tabbed.
