how can i change my inbox to show emails as most recently recieved on the first page and oldest on the last page....

it used to be like this but a little while ago it changed.... its not my email account but my parents would just forget the password.... they wouldn't know how to have changed it from when it was 'normal' and i definitely haven't changed it....

any ideas?

.... Yes... it's like that with all of them... Like with the subjects... if you click it once, the "A" should be on top... click it again... and the "Z" will be on top....
