RE: Help Please!!
They go into your Plugins folder... To be more specific... Program Files----> Messenger Plus! ----> Plug-Ins

Hence why I said in most installations :P Program Files is usually on the Windows drive, which defaults to C:\. If it's somewhere else, it's somewhere else.

And if it is somewhere else you could suppose that it is a more advanced user (in order to be able to do that)
so s/he should probably know where it is ;)

Note that:
In some cases where the file you download is an executable installer (*.exe) then you should install the files on the folder stated in previous posts

In case the file you download is an archive (*.zip, *.rar) you should open that and see if the contents contain an executable (*.exe) to run, or a (*.dll) the actual plugin that you need to extract to the folder stated above.

Then you need to enable plugins within Plus!
From the contactList menu go to:
Plus > Preferences > then goto Plugins > and tick the option to enable plugins...
You will need to restart Messenger to enable the effect.
After restarting messeger repeate teh procedure to make sure that the individual plugin is visible in the list below and it ticked (enabled).

Window Manager is discontinued, for WLM try the new,
Enhancer for contact list docking, auto-hide, hide taskbar button, remove button flashing and remember keyboard layout in conversation windows
