Ive been searching aroudn the new and this forum for the answer to this question but i dont see to be able to find it. On MSN messenger i can recieve emoticons that are larger than the 19x19 size and i can save/add them but when i go to create an emoticon it is automatically resized down to to 19x19, how do i get around this limit?
i know Stuff-Plug NG lets you do this but is there another way without having to install that plugin?
