O.P. Msg not appear in TAB-Window when a app is fullscreen

if i run a fullscreen application, the msg of users don't appear when i close the application, for see it i must do CTRL+TAB on the msn window, then the tabs appear and i can read all the messages!

thx a lot for your hard work!
