tbh, and to be quite frankly and blunt, you may as well simply give it up....
Doing all those things will do NOTHING good, in fact it will make things worse.
(even rebooting Windows may already have destroyed anything you could've undeleted)
If the helpers here actually advised the proper thing instead of advising to use tools which are not intended for such things and will actually and mostlikely have overwritten already any data you could undelete, you may have had a chance to
undelete your files.
"System Restore", "Recovery Console", "System Repair", etc are NOT backup tools, neither are they used for recovering lost data!!!!!! They are used to recover a malfunctioning Windows installation. Never, EVER, suggest to use those tools for the purpose of undoing an installation, recovering lost files or any other related thing. They are ONLY to be used when Windows is seriously malfunctionning...

If they are indeed overwritten, there is nothing you can do about it, they are lost forever.
(unless you have a backup of the data of course)
However, if they are just deleted, you may have (
had! see above) a chance to undelete them by using an undelete (or unerase) tool.
