Hello everyone

I have been experiencing problems signing in Hotmail & MSN for the past few days ..

I am attaching 2 screen shots of the problem

The email address and password are correct ! Even changing the password using an alternative email does not solve the problem ..

I can use any other email, but not the one I am having a problem with .. It's not the first time, as it happened before, and it worked a few days later

Help is needed please ..

Cos if not then hotmail usually disable accounts which havnt been used for the last 30 days

Yeah I have been using it frequently

hmm I am sure it has not been stolen as the secret question and alternative email are the same

I don't know why such a problem exists with that email in particular !!

it's not taken because as I mentioned before, I can change the password using my alternative email but still cannot sign in

I got that message once, but after a few days I figured out someone tried to be funny by deliberately trying to get into my account with fake passwords just to get it locked

Normally if it's a case where you haven't used it in 30 days you should still be able to have access to re-activate the account with no such error. Maybe someone tried to log in your account on multiply tries. Try sending an email to hotmail admin if you don't remember your secret answer.

it's not about the password! I can change it, but even after doing that, I still cannot sign in

Well, I guess it's better to wait 2-3 days before trying again
