why is the code for it :lol: when the name of the actual image is rolf.gif?

there are two.. it works with lol and rofl if you havent noticed yet..

and who cares, the smiley works

because :lol: is a shortcut for :rofl:

LOL = Laugh out loud

Rofl = Rolls on the floor laughing

Their compatible

I've always used :lol:.  Whether that's because it's the code I learnt first or because I'm too lazy to type an extra character on the keyboard I'm not totally sure.
