You could use the polygamy patch (can be found on http://mess.be) or Stuffplug-ng

I think you're asking how to be signed in on two accounts and chat with them both signed in. If so, then you can get A-Patch (http://apatch.tk). Patch your installation and make sure you hit "Poligamy" .
