I was just wondering if there is any way you can increase the amount of letters allowed on an MSN Nickname...? My MSN Name doesn't fit, so i have to shorten it.

Can't you put more text if you apply the mess patch or A-patch?

It was the multiline thing, but I'm not sure if that makes a person to put a nickname longer than before.

I'm sure that was for messages to other contacts

Nope, it just lets you have multiple lines, the character limit is hard coded into the protocol so no patch will be able to alter it (unless of course you patched the servers )

its limit is 255 chars from memory
