Can anyone tell me how to get emicons back on my contacts names. Many Thanks.

Are you using the custom names feature?
If so then there is a limitation with that feature that means that contacts names wont show emoticons.
The only way around this is to disable the custom names feature.

I took them off and it just went back to the email addresses
