Shouldn't the time be fixed for daylight savings? Does Vancouver have DST?

Edit: Yeah, it does... The time on the page needs to be an hour ahead.

I saw the mommy and daddy eagle together today. They have two beautiful eggs. I can't wait for them to hatch so we can watch in on feeding time next.
