Hi Guys,

I'm just wondering if it's possible to have 2 locations that your chat logs are saved to, just for backup purposes.

e.g. 1) C:\Chat Logs
       2) D:\ Chat Logs,

I tried just adding a semi colon in the path but that doesn't seem to work so i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions.

You have the chat logs from Messenger and the one from msgplus

stick this in a .bat file and either let to run at start up or when you log off.

xcopy <location of logs> <where you want them to go>

eg

xcopy c:\logs\ d:\logs\

Think it would be much much easier to just use Messenger Plus Chat Logging and MSN Messenger or Windows Live Messenger logging hehe

Yeah.. but then you have one set of plaintxt logs and one set of XML logs. My way they are both the same in their layout and content.. MSN or Plus might miss something.
