The skin looks pretty good.

Looks very good.

i've got an  xp skin running  on windowblinds who gives me the transparency effect.... maybe the trick would be to give messenger the ability to be skinnable.....

how about an option were you choose your wallpaper and the skin would automaticly blur it

but you don't always have your messenger stucked onto your desktop ....
