The one i used to use "http://www.onlinestatus.org/" is no longer working. It always shows Unknown Status.

Is there any other working Onlien Status Indicator?

ps: Not BLOCK STATUS INDICATOR...

well as far as i know , block checkers also displays the status, so it acts just like a status checker

of course not if the user specified not to show his status. (the privacy setting)

try it with an email that doesn't have Only People on my Allow list can see my status and send me messages box ticked. it will work.

But as i have mentioned before, it doest work if this ticked.

at least this is my case, but i have tried it on several contacts, and all of whom who doesn't have this ticked appear in the checker.

Yes it is. But status indicators have are used different from block checkers. When you want a status indicator to display on your site or forum signature you are displaying the status of your own account, so you can control the settings. So it's no problem to untick that option.

It's different when you want to check if somebody else blocked you, because more than 90% of all MSN users have that option on, and it's kinda hard to ask to ask him/her to turn the option off when you're blocked .
