I keep getting an error when loggin on , which I never had before
NUMBER = 80048820

I tried the troobleshooter wizard , but no results ..

Please assist

Well if the above dont work the run the attachment. This will make sure MSN Messenger can find all the files it needs on your computer. Note that running the file can take a few minutes.

One more thing ,

Can you tell me what to change , if when I am behind a firewall, to get the transfered file within a chat to go like there wasn;t a firewall.???

File transfers will always go through MSN servers, so i don't quite get what it is you wish to acomplish. If the file transfers it's fine, if an extension is blocked zip the file then send it. Anything in specific you are having problems with?

I just mean when I send any file through a conversation, sometimes I get slow transfer speeds, and I give a yellow notice of this. Now when I disable the firewall and try to send the file again , the file transfer speed is really faster,. But I want to have the best of both world, firewall and fast tranfser speeds/. How is this achieved?

if you are using Plus! you could try this, only bad thisng is both ppl need it to work when i used to use it, it worked pretty well and got some good speeds. :)
