yes but generally its not worth sueing anyone as the cost of the case is huge and then its normally not worth it in the end.

Lovely story.  But as previously stated, asking for a supervisor both pisses of the rep and usually gets you somewhere.  Luckily, I have an iPod that I bought from Apple Direct, and they have fixed the only problems I have had with it, not to mention the people on their phonelines are excellent.

whenever i think of apples tech support i think of that ipods dirty secret video of some guy going around his towns with a stencil and graffiting on all the ipod photos. "The irreplacable battery runs out after 68 charges" or something similar

Although if its as good as creative's then they must be fucking good.

well quick update my dads only got paid back £152 instead of £1252 we confirmed this with barcley card who said yup its their (microdirects) error.
