That is a VERY nice heatsync, it's nearly silent and uses TMD technology  for a more reliable and silent fan.

I bet you can find that fan in the UK. But it's your best bet if you want a quiet fan.

It seems that every other person who commented on it thought it was rather loud. Having read that (I reviews!), I'd be reluctant to recommend it to someone who already has one loud fan and think DJKAL would be wise to stick with his first choice. 

Of course, "loud" is subjective.

you could always go for a Vapochill cooler (apparently they're fucking awesome). Vapochill keep their shit cool, and they have ultra-low-noise ones aswell.

works with anything, i use it to cool my Intel P4 3.2GHz H/T

i got it because my old fan broke n made too much noise.

i run this fan on low when i not near PC (if i downloading tlkn on msn etc.) When i'm using intensive games(Counter Strike Source) depending on my room temprature i turn the fan up.

I'd recommand that one easy
