O.P. Rotate Display Pictures
I know of one program that Changes your Display Picture every 15seconds or so called "MSN Pictures Displayer" except it spoils image quality, does anyone know of any other programs similair to this.

im running
Windows Live Messenger 8.0.0689

You can try     Display Picture Manager 2.5.0.006 by Destruction. It does the same thing, and does the job pretty well. :)
