hi this is my first post i hope i will get some help
everytime i open the messenger after signing in an error happens and (send dont send box - xp error reporting box) appear.. can i know from the profationals what is the problem.
this error started to happen on 3 pcs connected by LAN

Ah, those errors can be really annoying and it is hard to tell a direct cause. However, here are some common causes and cures.

• Re-install MSN Messenger.
  
• If you are using Messenger Plus!, try not using that and see what happens.
  
• Do you have any skins or patches installed? (This can happen with breaks in the uifiles)
  
• List what add-ons/ plugins you are using, they could be the cause.

Any other information will help me alot. When did the problems start happening for example.

Is there an error number, or any more details about the error?
When exactly does the error occur?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling MSN Messenger?
We need a bit more information to help more.

Are you using wlm? plus?

that happened to me several times and the reason was quite simple: somehow, the time and date had been changed. so, have a close look at your computer´s status concerning this issue.

i tried installing and unstalling sevral times, using 7.0 and 7.5 and its hapenning the same on the pc with plus and pc without plus ( its net cafe) and what makes me crazy that it happens with email and do not happen with the other email. it usually hapen after signing in by 10 seconds. i will post the error number when this happens back

Actually, next time it does this, the crash alert box should have a link/button that shows more detail. If you could find this, and post the 'Module Name' displayed (it'll be either 'msnmsgr.exe' or a DLL), then we can track which program (if any) is causing the crash.

A list of add-ons you have will also help
