Yeah man! WMP 11 rocks! Used it on windows vista.
Btw, since when have Microsoft release it for windows XP? What I have seen on the internet is that, practically all of them, WMP 11 will be released this june.

The public beta of WMP 11 is to be released tomorrow (17th) but it has already been leaked.

I have around 7000 songs and a not particularly high-spec laptop. It is occasionally quite annoyingly slow but I find making the albumarts a bit smaller helps quite a bit.

I've not tried WMP11, but out of the WMP's I have tried, Version 9 is the best I think. Version 10 is nowhere near as good.

the gui is constantly stuck on black, the new library is annoying when you have lots of songs from lots of different artists, its very hard to 'just play' all your music, you have to make a playlist with them all in, then play that, unlike before just playing an item in your library added the whole list


I'm very dissapointed with this release, so i'm sticking to my itunes, which after various tests i found gives a better audio output anyway, doesn't crash, sits in system tray ^_^

winamp is shit though

when 11 beta gets officially released thats when i'll critisize it  but it looks good from what i seen of it , memory wise i dont know but if its a Memory Hog i wont use it

i just installed it, and it frezzes my computer when ever i attempt to drag the window to my secondary screen on my dual monitor system, obviously still some bugs left, anyway to report these?
