Chinese Simplified is presented in MsgPlus! 3 versions. I think you can be sure that the translator(s) will continue translating Messenger Plus! Live. Actually their already doing it, to be exact, as Patchou already sent out first task for translators.
You can send a personal message regarding the issue to
MenthiX. He has access to translators database and can forward your message to translators. Or, take a look at Messenger Plus! 3 translation file, there you can find authors name.
