Hello,

With emoticons i find a fair few on the net but when i "create" them in WLM 8.0.0689 it makes them smaller, but sometimes i have received the same emoticon but the actual size it should be, is there a way to stop mine resizing to a smaller size?

IIRC, the max. size is 50x50 pixels, if it's larger than that, Messenger will shrink it.

For animated ones. For unanimated, the limit may be as low as 19x19px.

I thought if you had Stuffplug you could show emoticons in their actual size?

Yeah, I agree. Stuffplug is the program that allow big emoticons. But the current version of Stuffplug doesn't work with WLM8

if u have stuffplug only you can see the emoticon in its actualy size i think..... your contacts cant ( can they?)

still i cant use it anyway seeming as it doesnt work with WLM

Hence, stuffplug might not be needed as maybe he doesn't have it installed.
