Hey guys, can anyone help me out with a VERY annoying problem. Everytime I log onto MSN, every single contact on my list gets blocked. Now I can unblock them but the amount of time it takes on the group unblocking thing takes ages, and once I log out, I have to unblock them again, and so on.

Is there any way to stop every contact being blocked when I log on? It;s happened since I got Msg+, so I'm guessing that has some kind of issue. Thanks for any help guys.

Have you tried running MSN Messenger without Plus! running?
If the problem still occurs, then its not a problem with Plus!
Try uninstalling MSN Messenger, deleting the MSN Messenger folder in Program Files.
Then delete the MSN Messenger folder in Application Data.
To do this:
Start > Run> type %USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\MSN Messenger\
This will open a folder with other folders inside. Find your ID from http://www.m00.cx/misc/msgrid.php and double click on the folder which corresponds to your ID. Delete the file in this folder called ListCache.dat.

Then download MSN Messenger from http://messenger.msn.com and install again.

If this doesn't work, you could try deleting that whole folder which corresponds to your ID number. (Note: this will delete your custom emoticons, winks, backgrounds)

Try signing in on another computer and see if everyone is still blocked. Just so we know whether its something on your computer, or something related to the servers.

Also can you give us some more details about your MSN Messenger version, OS, etc.

I have the same problem in my computer.
I have not tried to uninstall MSN messenger, but I did loged in another computer and the problem remains.
I noticed that this only occurs when I logoff Messenger with a whole group blocked. After that, every time I login, the group will be blocked, even if I logoff again after unblocking it.

The only group that remains unblocked is the one I have NEVER blocked.

Im having this irritating problem too... ever since i installed the latest Messenger Plus. All my contacts whom i have blocked becomes blocked for ever. If when i unblocked them and sign off, the next time i log on. They still remain blocked.

I have email MSN and they have given me a wonderful solution - abandon my current email account and transfer my emails/contacts over to the new account.
