I am struggling to get the <Type a Personal Message> to change automatically.  I would love to be able to change it while using a Message Helper command.

I think /psm then the text you want does it.
or /psm <personal message>

/psm doesn't seem to work. 

Works for me.

Is there maybe a setting I have wrong that is causing it not to work.   I used to be able to change it (yesterday) but now I cannot.  It is very strange.

Well if you cannot change it via the contact list, try the options menu. When you send /psm, does the contact receive the message?

It maybe a server problem. You could try re-installing MSN Messenger, but I doubt that will do much.

Ok, I downloaded and installed MSN again.... but no luck.

This is the same as I was getting before.

No message goes to the contact.

If I remember correctly, /psm was not included in version 3.xx of Messenger Plus!, it works for you abbeh because you are using MP!L

As for cybercafepro, try downloading Stuffplug as that has an /xpsm <personal message> command which brings the same benefits.

d'oh. Well, still could you try changing it in the options menu. If you cannot there, then it is a server problem.
