when i go on one of my msn acounts i cant go on options and msn shuts down, but if i dont have msn plus installed then it works fine. But i tried with a different acount and it also works fine, is there anything i can do i dont want to delete msn plus completely?

Are you using the official Messenger Plus! downloaded from the official site ? What versions of msn messenger and Plus! are you using

Go to \Documents and Settings\(user)\Application Data\Microsoft\MSN Messenger\(id no)(use attachment to calculate) and delete all files and folders(u will lose all dp's and ce's).

Edit To use the attachment type your full id. i.e-something@hotmail.com

Yes back them up/ copy them somewhere else if you want. You can put them back if the problem isn't solved.
