It looks like the use of loads of hidden characters: a 'View Source' revealed it takes about 10 keypresses to go between letters in that title.

I remember doing it to my name in MSN messenger before, you have to use "special" characters and it does it...cant remember what those characters were though, sorry.

That's real weird! It seems that putting (type this in a HTML page)

in front of a letter, makes it have a line on the bottom, and

gives it a line on the top...

Unicode characters are soo weird...

To get the full box effect, you need to use a combination of characters from the 'Combining Diacritical Marks' section of Unicode.
All numbers in hex:
Overmarks - use 0x0305.
Undermarks - use 0x0332.
And I guess the vertical bar is quite easy: |
