Yeah, I have this same problem of not having sounds play when I specifically tell them to! I had a bunch of extra add ons in the past but I don't think I have them anymore. The ones I've tried to run don't work anymore. My versions are: Plus!-3.63.148, MSN-7.5.0324

I am also exposed to this sound dilemma all this while but never made an issue. What I did was to customize all my contacts with their name sound when they come on or go offline but each time I sign in it would only work for approximately 5 to 10 minutes then it would go dead. Glad to know that that problem will be sorted in the new version. Hi all…!
