When I download it, I get this error for some reason.



I've downloaded multiple times, no help.

I download it, takes a few minutes. Then if I download again it takes 3 seconds?
So I clear the cache and download again and it takes a few minutes again. Weird. Never happened before.

That one worked for me .

So it wasn't a firefox error?
IE 7 downloaded it well for me.

I am proudly Canadian and the link that MenthiX provided worked perfectly fine.

if you get errors, use links from the official site, not links to a leaked version or direct links.

See mess.be site, it seems that version 792 is a leaked one, and has that errors, stay with 787 for security.

I went back to 787 cause of what mess.be said so yeh take my advise too

WLM v8.0.0792 build has been officialy released with all the fixes etc, you can get it from http://get.live.com/messenger/overview

I'm assuming that it's mainly protocol updates and maybe a few bug fixes. We were told by Ken, a product manager, that the last few remaning bugs were being ironed out.
