I have subscribed to the MSN text to mobile service....I can send text messages to mobile phones from my computer but I can't receive replies. The MSN email support has not replied to a single request for assistance so has anyone got any ideas why I am not receiving replies from mobile phones?

I am on XP and don't have any antivirus but I do have Windows Defender.

Still not received any assistance from MSN even though I am paying for the service. Their technical support just keep emailing me back advising to email another technical support department… DON'T SUBSCRIBE TO ANY MSN SERVICE COS THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CLIENTS.
