Since i installed the plus live im not able to steal emotes from anyone... it gives me a "the file you selected is not valid" message... what can it be?

I don't know what your using, but you can download a script that does it perfectly fine.

Both of these work fine. Just download and import.

Steal Contact 0.6
Steal your contacts DP, Name or PSM

Steal DP
Steal the Display Picture of the contact you are talking to!

Neither of which steal emoticons.

I thought WLM could steal emotes on its own (I did it before ¬¬)

It can@ select one your contact has used, and right-click.

did you use a patch that removed music links?
because that makes emoticon stealing impossible...
