O.P. [request] USB light
Hey,
I have a USB LED light. I am wondering is there a script so this light blinks off and on when I receive a message on Windows Live Messenger?
Thanks very much ,

No, how can it burn if it does not have electricity?
And when it is on, nothing will happen either because thats what it is designed for....

He wants it to flash, you know, turn on and off, on and off, not a higher voltage.

Not if there's a 300Ohm resistor in series with it.

I think I used the wrong expression...not burn 'with fire'...but if you turn it on/off/on/off so many times wont it stop working?

I don't know if that actually happens with LED lights.

RE: [request] USB light
A typical LED has a lifetime of about 100,000 hours, and isn't affected by switching.
And even if you overload it, it just wears quicker. I've seen an LED killed in less than 10 seconds, by whacking a huge current across it. It just glowed bright, and faded after a while.
