Evrytime I install Messenger Plus! adn run my live messenger, there appears on my screen that m live messenger had a problem and must be closed... please please help me...

try and reinstall both wlm and msgplus

OK, next time select the 'Further details' option or similar, and let us know what the module name is.

uninstall the lot,   also delete the C:\Documents and Settings\User Account\Application Data\Microsoft\MSN Messenger ( by doing that you'll loose custom emotes, but you can save them, before you do that,  after that Reboot the PC an redownload both

How to save custom Emotes & Pictures

To backup, you can use Baisoft MSN Backuper

Check you have latest version installed: 4.00.235 (Go to Plus! > About)

My advice, but try what other people said before, as they might work, then try this:

- Exit Windows Live Messenger so it's not running
- Uninstall Windows Live Messenger (Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs)
- Uninstall Messenger Plus! Live (Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs)
- Delete C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger\ folder
- Delete C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus! Live\ folder
- and the same for Windows Live Messenger here and install
- Now download the latest version of Msg Plus! Live here and install
