When I try to execute the program it says there missing some .dll libraries and other files

No you can't. Windows Live Messenger is only compatible with Windows XP.

MSVCR80.dll is the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library 8.0, which can be installed using a redist package from Microsoft themselves. Install it, then try again
