Hi,

I have blokked one person, but he can talk to me with `Offline Message's , an bug in WLM or is this normal ?

I'm thinking personaly, not, you'r blocking one person, and he can to talk you, the only effect that blocking have is the person don't see if you'r online ..

Or i'm little bit to late to tel this?

It definately sounds like a bug with WLM: report it to the WLM team.

this should have been fixed ages ago.

pls unblock and reblock the contact. a while ago there was a problem with the contact list on the server where certain contacts although appear to be added/blocked, aren't. it has since been fixed and the problem can be fixed using the mentioned method.
