i do not get what to do..i downloaded windows plus and nothing happend....i cant go into windows plus it does nothing and my normal windows live messenger hasn't changed a bit...what am i suposed to do with this Messenger Plus!     

did you download MsgPlus! live? or MsgPlus!??, if you installed MsgPlus! it isnt compatible with Windows Live Messenger, you should download Msgplus! live from www.msgpluslive.net , have fun

Its Messenger Plus Live not windows plus and did you get it from here -> http://www.msgpluslive.net/ if you install it properly then you should have another icon in the conversation window and contact list like this:
