I went back to read some of my conversations for this month (July) and found that large portions of the conversations weren't saved. Most of what is found in the log is just what I had typed. I chose to save my chats as .html and now regretting doing so.
Prior to Messenger Plus! Live I had never had a problem and now having all sorts.
Any reason(s) for missing portions of the conversation in the chat log and how to prevent this in the future?
