DAMN HOW CAN I CONFIGURE OTHER EMAIL ACCOUNTS SO Messenger Plus CAN CHECK THEM?? WHAT THE...... IS A POP3 SERVER??

The POP3 settings are so that msgplus knows what to download and from where. Free email providers like Hotmail don't usually support POP3. If your provider does support it, you can probably find the right settings in the options.

most of the times an adres like this:

pop3.provider.landcode
pop.provider.landcode
mail.provider.landcode
