O.P. Cool  [Request] Display XFIRE Games
Hello there,
i need a Plus Live! Script which is like this old Plus v. 3 Plugin:
http://shoutbox.menthix.net/showthread.php?tid=43594&page=1

With the same Fetaures..okay there is already the 'AppMon+' Script but i also need the IP! And it should be compatible to AppMon+ because when i'm using other apps i want them to be displayed, too!! :D

And sorry for my bad english :$ don't punish me please :P

Please help me!!!! :)

//Edit:
If you want to make this Script just scroll down and read my informations i think it will help someone who already made some scripts ;) and i think you don't even need xfire (or test it) because it's so simple^^

If noone wants to code it please explain me how to do this:

Let the Script read in

code:
%APP_DATA%\Xfire\status.ini

the first lines are e.g.:

code:
[STATUS]
Summary=In Game
InGame=4345

And if "Summary=Online" (or Offline ofcourse) the script should not be active because no game is running ;)

then it should set the number behind "InGame=" as variable and search it in the file e.g. 4345 would be this:

code:
[4345]
LongName=Guild Wars
ShortName=gw
PlayTime=23:47:19
PlayDate=09.07.2006

now it just need to read out "LongName=" and set this as status message and if theres an ip "Server=" and put it behind! And setting the 'Gameicon' is not very hard i think^^

Heh, it's as simple as reading an ini file?  I'll add it to AppMon+ soon. :)

EDIT:  Not used Xfire in a while, can someone fairly active with it send me a sample ini file to look at?

Alex I remember seeing a plugin for MP!3 that used the Xfire dll. But IIRC, the author needed permission from the xfire authors themselves.
