I have two accounts on Windows Live Messenger. For the other, I can change my display name, but for the other can't. In the options, the box for "display name" is gray and has some random letters for a name, Like "Pu<".

Any ideas?

Are both the accounts with @hotmail.com?
If not, are they/it confirmed?

Both are Gmail-accounts and confirmed... That's what puzzles me.

D'oh... Yeah. Confirmed allright, but with using Opera instead on Internet Explorer. Should have remembered that Microsoft doesn't really support competing Web browsers.

, well, Opera is best! And microsoft payed alot of cash because they were making the msn.com page look bad with reason, and trying to make people think it was something wrong with Opera. But that's a diffrent story..
