does anybody knows how to use multiple accounts?, I've already clicked for that option but I don't know what else to do.

I think he means this:
and then just click on Messenger again and it should open a second and third etc and then you can sign in with more than one account at the same time.

That's right, I've already checked the box "Allow me to connect..." now I got your point.
