O.P. Plus! Live crashes my WLM now.. :(
Okay, so for whatever reason, I started up my PC one day, and WLM tried to connect (as usual, but I'm on dialup so it can't until I connect), and it gave me the "Messenger has encountered a problem and needs to close" error. So, after a bit of figuring, I uninstalled Messenger Plus! Live, and it stopped the error. I tried re-installing it, and at the end of the setup, I got an even weirder error (see attatched pic).
Any ideas on how I can fix this? I still want to use Plus!

Do you use any scripts with MP!L?

I believe I used a couple, but I disabled them, and I checked off "remove scripts" when I uninstalled it.

Plus! Live: 4.0.0.235
Windows Live Messenger: 8.0.0792.00
The latest of everything, but the problem started when I was using WLM version 8.0.0787.00. I have since upgraded to 8.0.0792.00, yet I still get the same errors.

If you (skootles) do, go to http://messenger.live.com to install a clean version of WLM.
Please uninstall Messenger and Messenger Plus! Live first, restart your computer, and delete their folders before you reinstall.
If WLM works without anything else, only then install Plus!. If then it still works, then it's not Plus!'s fault.

Okay, when the problem started, I didnt' have my version of WLM a or mess-patched. Then, I upgraded to the latest version of WLM, and it still gave me the error, so I decided to mess-patch it.
So, I followed your instructions, NagamasaAzai, and after the install was complete, I didn't get the error I got above, but now whenever I start up WLM, I get another 2 errors (one after the other) (see attatchment)

According to my analyisis of your attachment above, it is suspected that you may be using StyleXP or related programs. If so, please try again un-patched.
