Okay, well.. When I download Messenger Plus! it doesn't work. I open the setup, it installs and says that MSN will be restarted, but when it is it just takes me to Windows Messenger, the old crappy one that came with my computer. I even had Windows Live Messenger with 600 custom emoticons, and I deleted it just to download this and it doesn't work worth shit. Can someone please tell me if there is anything else that I can do?

Edit: Oh yeah, and I have tried downloading it, running it, saving it, downloaded it about 7 times I think and I dunno what else there is to try.

You are mistaken Plus! with an IM client, it is not..Msg Plus! and Msg Plus!Live are add-ons. They need windows msgr/MSN Messenger (Plus!3) to run on...Plus!Live needs, and will only run on, Windows Live Messenger.

Reinstall Windows Live Messenger then download/install Plus!Live from  http://www.msgpluslive.net/

Thanks for the intention to rep me too, but unfortunately you can't (i think) until you reach 100 posts on these forums (there was something with beta testers rep..but i forgot if that was just our side or.....meh...i don't know, you can try).

Yeah, I tried it doenst work. Anyways, thanks it helped a lot If someone else happens to read this thread please give rep from me. I think that I'll try and be active on these forums because it seems like a nice community. But I'm active with 600+ posts on so many forums it's hard to keep up xP

Ok check if your firewall or virus scanner is blocking it an if its not well i really dont know what to do
