i remember onece there was going to be a script (i think) whick alows u to look at your friends friends and its was released in spain  and ausitralia and i was wondering if its going to be released in the uk?

This wasn't a script; it's a messenger feature. It is slowly being rolled out to different markets.

It wasn't a script, it was a feature of WLM itself. I swore it was already released in the UK . Infact I am almost positive >_>.

But ya umm... you can't just view anyones contacts, they have to allow you permission (privacy reasons and such).

If you want it really bad just change your passport location to a country you know has it (Ie: Spain, and australia as you say ).
