Can anybody help me, by attaching his/her Sirenacm.dll of the Windows Live Messenger on the forum??

i did found a sirenacm.dll, but it's a version of the MSN Messenger 7.5.239.0 (as it says in the details).

First state your exact build number of Windows Live Messenger, DLL's are version specific. Also note that almost all of the files of WLM are not to be redistributed.

Better yet, simply redownload Windows Live Messenger from Microsoft's download center (in case you don't have the setup anymore) and reinstall it over the existing one:

Edit: Right, well my sirencam.dll is versioned 8.00.0792, like my WLM. So try reinstalling WLM, choosing the 'Repair' option.

I don't seem to have this .dll? I am using 8.00.0792. It's been patched by mess patch though. I get no errors so i'm not bothered really.

why the fuck is posting of a DLL illegal??

It is only distributed in setups for certain languages (eg: english)...

The DLL is an audio codec btw.

Because redistributing DLLs is illegal unless they are specifically made for redistribution (and if they are they come in official redistribution packages which will properly install those DLLs).

It is not because many people share DLLs (and cause much more errors in the long run without knowing) or that there are sites which have DLLs to download (which are almost always outdated, dont contain the proper install instructions, are version specific and what not; again causing more problems in the long run than fixing anything), that it is legal.... Extremely many DLLs are not to be redistributed (and with good reason too, set aside it's illegal).

Ah. Thanks for clearing that up cookie.

I had this same problem because for some reason and it wouldn't let me install it. So I searched for the sirenacm.dll file and downloaded it to my desktop then I put it in the C:\WINDOWS\system32 folder and re-installed windows plus  and it worked!!!

What is "Windows Plus?"

I think you mean either Windows Live Messenger (commonly referred to as WLM) or Messenger Plus! Live (MP!L).

Can you not read? Downloading a DLL is rarely, if ever, a good idea! If a DLL is missing, either find a redist package or reinstall the program it came with.
